What you share

We collect your name, email, city or Austin-area selection, and any niche or business stage you choose to provide. We also record signup time, your email consent, and whether the link came from Instagram.

Why we collect it

Upcomer uses these details to organize its first beta groups, understand interest by city, and contact you about beta invitations and launch updates. Joining does not create an app account, start a subscription, or guarantee an invitation.

Storage and access

Entries are stored in our hosted waitlist database and are not displayed publicly. The founder can review signups. Our hosting providers process this information to operate the page. We do not sell waitlist details.

Spam protection

We use a hidden form field and a hashed network address to limit repeated submissions. The rate limit resets after an hour. We do not use this information for advertising.

Leaving the list

You can ask to be removed or correct your details by contacting the Upcomer Instagram account that shared this page. Include the email address you registered with. Beta and launch emails will also offer a way to opt out. We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them or they are no longer needed for this launch.
